Honeywells HDZ PTZ series are standard definition wide dynamic network cameras. They provide extremely crisp video with up to 480,000 effective pixels (NTSC) and 36x zoom in outdoor applications.
HDZ provides 550 TVL horizontal resolution at full frame rate, a 360 rotation and proportional zoom lens which combine to give you the flexibility to clearly view a target area with desired width and depth. The 1/4" CCD image sensor offers the latest in digital video surveillance technology with accurate color rendition through a wide variety of lighting conditions. Electronic image stabilization is also available for improved image quality in unstable mounting conditions.
The HDZ Series outdoor camera is housed by an IP66 rated tamper-resistant dome and integrated heater/blower to prevent the camera from damage by ingress of dust, heavy rain and extended operating temperatures.
HDZ supports quad video streams and adopts multiple compression formats (H.264/MJPEG) with rates up to 60 frames per second. The digital compression parameters for the four video streams are independently configurable.
