Order Cancellation

Return shipping, handling and/or restock fees may be assessed if order shipped before notice of cancellation was given.

Leasing
Leasing is available for purchases through a recognized third party leasing company for those customers who prefer to preserve working capital or who want the flexibility offered by lease financing. The minimum lease amount is $2,000 and a variety of terms are available. All leases are subject to credit approval by lessor and all terms and conditions of the lease are between the lessor and lessee. For more information, please contact us.
Shipping Information
Shipping Methods/Time frames
We carry a large inventory of products which enables us to ship most orders within 24 hours. If your order contains products that are not in stock, we will contact you with an estimated shipping date as soon as it’s available. Expedited orders must be received by 3:00 p.m. EST for same day shipping. If your shipment is time-sensitive, please call before ordering to confirm that we will be able to meet your requirements.
We will make all reasonable efforts to initiate shipment and schedule delivery as close as possible to your requested delivery date(s). However, please keep in mind that our delivery dates are estimates only and shipments may be affected by factors outside our control. We cannot be responsible for delays or shipping errors caused by the shipment carriers. Orders may not be canceled or rescheduled after the order has been submitted by InnovaSelect to the shipment carrier.
Orders are shipped Monday through Friday with the exception of the days on which the following holidays are observed: Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years Day.

Shipping:
We ship utilizing the following services: UPS, If you would like to use your shipping account number please contact us with that information. If you have a rush shipping order please contact us and we will do our very best to meet your needs. We do our very best to ship all items on the day the payment has cleared. However all items will ship within 1-3 business days.
Free Shipping
Any order is eligible for free shipping when the total order is 79.00 $ or above (before tax) as long as the weigh of the item does not exceed 10 KG. For larger items (above 10 KG), please contact us for shipping estimate. Any item above 10 Kg is not eligible for free shipping.
Shipping International:
We ship though our preferred method of International Shipping via UPS as it is the most cost effective, and includes a tracking number. If you would like us to use a different method of international shipping, please contact us and we will let you know the cost of the requested service. Please note that items shipped outside of the Canada may incur brokerage charges or customs fees. As a customer you are responsible for these charges.
Local Pickup:
If you would like to schedule an appointment to inspect an item, or to pick it up, please contact us directly.
Emergency:
We understand that you may have an emergency and you need an item after business hours or rush delivery. We will do our very best to work with you to meet your demands. Please contact us and we will respond as soon as possible with expedited solutions and costs.

We will provide you with a tracking number of the shipment. You may also email order status for tracking information.
Return Policy
All returns must be authorized. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted. Items Return Material Authorization (RMA) Number. Items returned to us must be sent freight pre-paid and insured
New Equipment Returns
Defective new equipment may be returned for warranty repair/exchange to us within five (5) days of the shipment receipt date.. Items that have malfunctioned due to mishandling, electrical overload, etc., will be subject to a repair charge.
Non-Defective new equipment will be authorized for return within five (5) days of the shipment receipt date if the equipment is still in new, re-sellable condition with the original manual(s), accessories, packing material and carton. We reserve the right to reject returns in which there is no original packaging, missing accessories, damage or visible signs of usage of the item. A restocking fee of up to 25% of purchase price may apply. Special orders are non-returnable.
International customers must ship any returns to us freight and duty prepaid. Return freight charges for International shipments will be the responsibility of the customer.
Used Equipment Returns
Upon receipt of used equipment returns, units will be evaluated to determine if repair or exchange is covered under warranty. Warranty period is stipulated in our written quotation and/or your Purchase Order. At our discretion we will repair, replace or credit the price paid for the unit.
Non-Defective used equipment will typically not be accepted for return unless a prior right-of-refusal period has been agreed in writing with your Account Manager.
